What do you like most?
Effective customer service rates very highly when deciding on products to use. Preno meets that requirement. We have been using Marie - delightful, patient with outstanding patience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is very little I can suggest at this stage. Ongoing customer help when needed is important. Filling out all the requirements of booking.com is challenging - help with that would be great.
