What do you like most?
We love how responsive and attentive our account managers, Taylor and Jayden, are. They are always available and quickly respond when we have questions, pop-up needs, adjustments in strategies and offerings. They are knowledgable and help guide us on our digital marketing journey.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We did have to give some guidance to ensure the team is constantly evaluating if our spends are allocated in the places where it is generating the most revenue, and adjusting more frequently than monthly if not. Once we gave this direction, they understood our needs and adjusted accordingly!
