What do you like most?
We really like the synergy of our booking engine, channel manager, and CRM. We raised our direct bookings from 25% to 40% within 6 months. The meta automate feature really helps too. It’s easier than ever to create promotions and sales too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Onboarding for all of the features we use took a long time. Shortening the onboarding process would be a great help.
