What do you like most?
It is a very clear and easy software to use, support is good and updates are fast to prevent overbooking on last room sold.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Slow and lagging, continuously need to clear cache. Needs evolving and creating thinking to improve and able to interact with other software like RFID guest room door key card software like DUVE or have their own software to implement kiosk style self check in and a mobile app. BF is like Apple, when the founder went innovation stopped. Also now expensive so I may move end of this year.
