What do you like most?
Kate, and Gareth both very pleasant to deal with however second line support is shockingly bad. 2 years on and still cannot send emails from the system direct to customers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
You could call back when you say you will. I am currently waiting for a call back from 12 days ago! The hotels ISP requested direct contact with their 2nd/3rd line to help resolve another long term issue. I cannot recommend Acomos to any of my hotel clients based on their lack of ownership and management of issues.
