What do you like most?
Preno HMS has transformed our hotel operations! The cloud-based access means we can manage bookings, check-ins, and billing from anywhere. The integrated Channel Manager syncs perfectly with OTAs, reducing overbookings. The interface is intuitive, and the support team is responsive. Reporting tools help us track performance effortlessly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The initial setup took some time, and training staff on all features was a bit overwhelming. A few minor UI quirks, but nothing major.
