What do you like most?
Unifocus made housekeeping scheduling and task assignment far cleaner—fewer misses, faster turns, and better cross-team communication. The Staff Collaboration Tools centralize chat, requests, and updates, boosting accountability and efficiency. Most importantly, the people: our Client Success Manager Samuel has been proactive and solutions-oriented, and the onboarding trio—Kacey, Vanessa, and Darrence—set us up fast with clear training, realistic milestones, and quick answers. That combo of product and support is why we’ve realized measurable gains in room readiness and reporting clarity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting features are helpful but could be more customizable to better fit specific operational needs. A tour can also be provided for new app users.
