What do you like most?
Simplicity of the program, ease of management and speed of assistance. The booking search mode and calendar are really easy to use, even a child could do it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We don't know,There will always be something to improve but in our case we do not encounter major problems with the RoomCloud Channel Manager. What we tend to do is simplify where possible, all the various items that involve your structure, but we are sure that the system will always be better.
