What do you like most?
When it works, its great. When it works...too many times the guest codes were not on the lock so caused a lot of stress and not very reliable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Very intermittent functionality despite having good internet and no issues w/other devices. (and they would always blame my internet) very often the guest codes were not added by lynx software causing a lot of stress and unhappy guests. On top of that, Lynx has overcharged me multiple times and then just cancelled my service early with no warning leaving me to scramble for a month I HAD ALREADY paid for. The customer service has been horrible. I tried to cancel the first year too and they told me I was locked in and can only cancel the next year. Do not recommend Lynx automation software.
