What do you like most?
- The Guest Journey App is the central communication hub for our guests. -It seamlessly integrates various channels like messages, WhatsApp, and emails for a unified communication experience. -The high rate of pre-check-ins achieved through the intuitive design of the app is impressive. -It significantly reduces staffing needs, as presence time does not always have to be high or even required at all. -The app also makes my work considerably easier by streamlining communication and guest management.- Overall, it elevates the guest experience to a whole new level.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- The housekeeping function could be expanded. - It would be great if the AI integrations could not only handle WhatsApp messages but also respond to incoming emails in the future.
