What do you like most?
Easy to adapt to our way of working, can be used in so many different ways depending on what you need for your hotel. Makes it easier to assign periodic cleanings in an more efficient way. The RoomChecking team is always looking to improve and they are listening to their clients.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The language in the apps and website, some parts cant be translated - and the parts that can be in other language has not that great translation. It could be easier to separate different type of cleanings in the cleaning planner so it doesn't look that messy. It would be good if the attendants didn't have to select assets when making a task. Or at least have a separation on what assets show for the attendants when masking tasks via the app so only admin can see all the assets when they for example make periodic cleanings. It is far too many assets so the attendants often just pick a random one - and sometimes it doesn't even get sent to the right group then. But we still need many assets to make our periodic cleanings.
