What do you like most?
We like the flexibility the software gives us. The reports are a big time saver. Like calendar grid view. Can easily adjust prices, book guests over the phone etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We love all the back end parts of the software. It isn't the end of the world, just wish the interface guests see was a little more stylized. Some guests have a hard time figuring out the steps to book, but it could just be user error. As a graphics person, I would love just a "prettier" booking page, but it does everything it should.
