What do you like most?
Ease of use. Simple reservation and checkin process. Other more in depth procedures are not as strong but still good in comparison to anything else in the market.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ease of use with groups/ room blocks. Managing checkins within a block can be challenging. Entire block must be checked in to manage an individual room.
