What do you like most?
The platform offers a seamless, intuitive, and remarkably easy-to-use interface that makes training new staff members an absolute breeze. In most cases, we’re able to have a new team member fully trained and confidently “flying solo” within just two days. This is an impressive turnaround that speaks to how thoughtfully the system is designed. The calendar layout is especially helpful for organizing daily operations. It provides a clear, at-a-glance view that enables both front desk agents and management to make quick, informed decisions about room assignments, guest needs, and scheduling. The overall design feels clean, logical, and highly user-friendly, which minimizes the learning curve and boosts efficiency right from the start. In addition, the mobile functionality is outstanding. The site is well-formatted and easy to navigate on phones and tablets. This is particularly valuable for hospitality settings where issues can arise after hours; even if you’re away from a computer late at night during a lockout or urgent situation, you can quickly view reservations, make adjustments, and provide timely guidance to guests without any hassle. Overall, this is a well-built, reliable system that delivers exactly what a busy operation needs. It’s efficient, flexible, and thoughtfully designed — highly recommended.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting functionality is already solid and provides a dependable foundation for most day-to-day and month-end analysis tasks. That said, there’s definitely room for continued growth and enhancement. At present, the system offers a strong suite of basic reports that are both easy to generate and highly useful for standard performance tracking: occupancy summaries, revenue breakdowns, and basic channel comparisons all work well right out of the box. However, as operations become more complex, the ability to drill down deeper into data becomes increasingly important. I’d love to see future updates that allow for more advanced segmentation, particularly by room type, distribution channel, and booking source, so that we can analyze trends with greater precision and extract more actionable insights directly within the platform. Currently, for more detailed or custom reporting needs, I typically export the raw data to Excel and build out my own pivot tables and analyses there. While this process works well, having those deeper capabilities natively integrated into the reporting tool would save time, reduce manual effort, and make it easier to identify patterns or opportunities on the fly. Overall, the reporting suite is very capable as it stands, and it covers the essentials beautifully. With a few targeted enhancements to expand its analytical depth, it has the potential to become an even more powerful and comprehensive reporting solution.
