What do you like most?
Migration from our antiquated software went better then expected, the onboarding process went smoothly and we were kept up to date on the progress, and timeline. The automation of daily sales and accounts payable has been extremely helpful reducing time consuming tasks and manual errors. The automation allows for real time reporting which is beneficial for cash flow and forecasting. The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting features could use some updating as it relates to formatting for page breaks, justification, and spacing. Balance Sheet totaling for fixed assets and accumulated depreciation should be sub-totaled vs being totaled together.
