What do you like most?
Easy to use and train new staff to use. Secure and safe for our guests and the self check in is fantastic as it speeds up the arrivals so guest do not have to wait in line to check in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Possible making the upsells like early check in and late check out an agreement that the guest has to sign for so they understand they are not automatically going to get these upsells even if they are willing to pay. It will always depend on the hotel's final decision as to whether these options can be approved. We find our guests think it's automatic.
