1. Real-time task updates that reflect changes instantly. 2. Stay overs & departures are color-coded – makes prioritizing easy. 3. Traces feature helps keep track of issues across departments. 4. Works great even across multiple locations – processes feel more unified.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. Reporting still needs more flexibility – especially in tracking team performance over time. 2. A little more control over visuals (colors, labels, etc.) would help us align the tool with our look & feel.
