What do you like most?
With Spotpilot we have a real time synthesis of all the data of the hotel. External or internal. (PMS, Channel Manager and Competitive Intelligence) All on a single interface and a single screen. We use several modules on a daily basis: Pickup, Historicals, Events, Competitive Intelligence, Market Data that allow us to make decisions, create price scenarios. We have also set up alerts on the basis of which we will be able to automate our recurring decisions. Spotpilot allows us to save a lot of time. We can stay focused on the dates that show movement and optimize our yield live.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like more global market data with partnerships with specialized companies such as STR to have a vision of branded hotels.
