It’s an email system - it integrates multiple accounts, allows communication between departments, is one of our main modes of communication with guests and potential guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
System doesn’t refresh or update on its own often or quick enough; can’t always easily tell if an emails been read, answered etc.
