What do you like most?
Central reservations, two-way interface, custom templates, open API, etc. Very happy with Clock PMS at our 19 locations in California. Bug free, report integrity, solid system. Expensive for our little hotels but reasonably affordable compared to the other bigger systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall visual design could be improved - not the prettiest software but it is robust. Rates don't show taxes when initially quoting them in the Rates and Availability screen.
