What do you like most?
We have recently amended and rebranded room configurations within 2 properties and the team worked with us to make the changes as seamless as possible and limit the impact to forecasting functionality. Reporting suite allows the optimum flexibility to monitor and adapt to changes in a timely manner especially in this pandemic period
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would love the ability to separate F&B elements to give a complete overview of the hotel operations on the books v forecast to assist with planning in these areas
