As a manager, it is crucial to use not only correct, but best RMS. Choosing the right one, will not only get the job done faster, but helping overall management performance to improve. Changes for the better, we are so happy with how intuitively top-notch the system and how considerate they were by sharing clear guidelines to navigate us and the applicable insights. Very detailed, prompt assistance, so we have not only full control but also cutting-edge technology with such reasonable price. Appreciate the support throughout the challenging year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Every additional function is a well-contributed advantage. It will be appreciated if they offer on-demand training videos. Especially when our teams must be replaced. It will be less hassle to re-train the new team members while waiting for re-training scheduling. Just provide videos and its good to go. Other than this, I recommend this system as a strategic tool for automating your revenue management. Gem.
