What do you like most?
-Easy to find info I need whether its info on taxes, revenue, or rooms occupied. -The design is simple and easy to navigate. Always a plus. -The ability to enter information into HIA is also very streamlined and easy to learn.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-Maybe a few more options for refining searches. Give more options with a search bar that feels less clunky to use. - I would like the ability to have two tabs open and once or to see more than one page at a time, specifically in the monthly report's sections. -Lastly, I wish three was a master file for daily reports that had each and every single day on but still broken up by day in that master list. Just so I didn't have to back out every day and click back in over and over.
