What do you like most?
Antiquated technology with high price. The business centers are ok, I guess. Very expensive all around for what it is.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything. Have a missed invoice? They'll just shut you off instead of reaching out. Poor customer service. Setting up concierge board was a total waste of time it's basically useless, no features guy that set it up basically couldn't answer v any questions and barely cared, never followed up on anything. Very expensive all around.
