What do you like most?
View on booking and reservation are OK. Mobile app is ok too. Rates plan ok even if can be more intuitive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Too much reports kill reports. It was simple before. but now totally spoiled by the quantity of reports you have added, to increase the monthly invoices. This is unnuseful and totally unproductive . You can reverse both, reports pages and pricing. Booking system is not user friendly NEITHER. vALUR FOR MONEY IS NOT AT THE EXPECTED LEVEL. Even your survey is not usefull because i can not select my hotel.
