What do you like most?
Instant responses in pretty much any language our guests speaks; effortless to add new, or update information. Proactive upselling, however never 'in your face' and a never ending roadmap of new features being built. Great communications hub for multiple platforms and a one stop platform for incoming guest messaging. Sending message based on rate plan is a fantastic feature, as some rates require a more direct approach to guests, and you don't want to send one and the same to all. Furthermore, allowing for any product to be booked straight into the PMS, is an amazing feature - as it does exactly what you would expect: take away the administrative hassle from front desk.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Guest journey builder has ample options to conditions messaging based on, however missing specifics like room number (does have rate plan and space type) as well as allowing for users to pre-train the LLM for future events. Also sending manual messages is not possible yet, mostly due to restrictions at META however would be a nice add-on to inform guests on events, happy hour or a leakage in a room.
