What do you like most?
My experience with Octorate has been very positive, especially thanks to the excellent support received during the training course on the platform. A special thanks goes to Ettore, who personally followed my training demonstrating great professionalism, competence, and availability. Managing several accommodation facilities, I needed to thoroughly understand the management software's features and especially how to best leverage them to optimize daily activities. Ettore was excellent in understanding my specific needs, guiding me step by step with explanations that were always clear, detailed, and concrete. I particularly appreciated his patience, ability to resolve every doubt, and his solution-oriented approach. He did not just explain how the software works, but provided practical suggestions to adapt it to the needs of my business. A training and assistance service of the highest level, which represents a real added value for Octorate.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More than improving the product, I would like more time to be granted for the training. There are many aspects and features to cover and the time allowed is very little.
