What do you like most?
This PMS is so much simpler and more user-friendly than our previous system. Everything is clearly laid out, easy to understand, and straightforward to navigate. The features and information I use most are right where I expect them to be, which makes completing everyday tasks much quicker and more efficient. Overall, the system feels intuitive, organized, and much easier to work with. It also makes training new employees much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I really dislike the large, colorful blocks that appear as soon as I open the dashboard. They make the interface feel a little too busy and almost childish, especially for a system being used in a professional setting. I would really appreciate the option to switch to a cleaner, more minimal black-and-white theme. I think having different display or color options would make the dashboard feel much more polished and customizable. A darker option would be easier on my eyes.
