What do you like most?
Hotel logic enables us to get on with running the Hotel while it manages OTA, direct and web bookings. The sales ledger is well organized and easy to understand. But by far and away, the biggest attribute is the helpdesk support network, which operates 24/7, where they frequently answer your call within 60 seconds. In this day and age, I find this remarkable and it is really valued from our point of view. It is a sophisticated, reliable product that has been at the heart of our success story. Thank you Sonu and team!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Very little. perhaps the ability to do a multi – DNR closure of the property rather than room by room.
