Horrible platform, poor customer management

What do you like most?
I've been working with the Amadeus platform for 9 months and it has been nothing short of a struggle. Simple tasks are complex to accomplish. The GMS is not compliant. And our account manager has no idea how the platform works, so every time we are on a call we have to watch him fumble around in the UI for several minutes and then say he'll touch base with his team and circle back. But he never circles back. Truly horrible experience and we cannot wait to migrate off this platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything. Either train or fire your team. Harry, Samuel, Sofia. All they do is send empty emails that mean nothing.
