What do you like most?
I wanted to reach out and share how helpful the online Credit Card Authorization tool has been. It has made the process so much easier for our guests, as they no longer need to print and fill out paper forms. Being able to complete and submit everything online has been a great improvement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am really enjoying using Canary right now and cannot think of any specific improvements at the moment. It is a great platform, and I believe hotels should use Canary for more efficient operations.
