What do you like most?
Good support and a great product with regular updates. A strong network from hotelnext.io, as well as excellent connections to partners.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Editing mailing texts is somewhat complicated and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if users could edit two languages at the same time (side by side—currently, there is a slider to switch between languages) or update information across different mailing templates in a single step. Currently, users must open each email or text template and each language individually and insert the new information there.
