What do you like most?
I would highlight Paraty's ability to stay ahead with new tools, the speed of its integrations, and its flexibility to adapt to our needs and market changes. Among the functionalities we have recently incorporated are data visualization, the inclusion of additional services, and the integration of products like Quinta. These improvements help us better analyze results, expand our offerings, and provide the customer with a more complete booking experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and would not point out any major improvements at this time. We have been working with Paraty for many years and are quite autonomous. We manage several hotels and need to publish content almost daily, so the new self-management options and the ability to replicate content between hotels have made our work much easier. We would like them to continue progressing in this direction, listening to our needs and simplifying daily tasks.
