What do you like most?
They have good customer service both for the booking engine and in Ring 2 Travel, providing excellent value for money. Likewise, the user interface is quite friendly, and the personalized support I received from the team in Cancun was mostly very efficient both in resolving the issue and in having the patience to show me how to do it on my side.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have experienced quite a high turnover this past year of our account manager and also managerial positions on our side, so the learning curve has become quite extensive. Additionally, they have also changed the main support contact, who, based on the hours of operation, appears to be in Spain. They resolved the problem effectively but took time to handle the case due to the time difference.
