What do you like most?
Chain reporting and chain configuration have really improved our business with over 20 properties, great support team, pre online check in functionality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Personally, I would need more individualized access to the settings - we would prefer not to have our teams be able to add or modify rates, but they do need to update pricing on the add-ons when needed.
