What do you like most?
Cloudbeds serves several purposes for us. We are through our former PMS and switched over to Cloudbeds a couple of years ago mainly for the automation and availability of multiple integrations. I actually fell in love with Cloudbeds because at the time I was looking about five years ago they were the only company that allowed you to merge guest records and they have enhance that tremendously. I want to say that they did go to an AI model and took away our ability to do any manual handling for those tough records and they have since brought back our ability to do that yay team ! I also really like their customer service. Just be aware, if you’re used to using a Volkswagen beetle level PMS, Cloudbeds is a lot more robust and will take some time to learn, but it is well worth it in the end. We would not have been able to automate our property the way we did when we had the need with any other PMS on the market at the time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Well, a week ago, I would’ve said the ability to manage my guest book like I used to, and when I reached out to them, I was told that that ability is there and I’ve used it and it’s awesome. You just have to be careful that you don’t overwrite domain record so you just take your time when you do it!
