What do you like most?
It doesn’t just give you a broad overview; it allows you to drill down into very specific details—like tracking "Special Request" comments in room reports or filtering revenue specifically for "No Shows" versus cancellations. That level of granularity is incredibly valuable for operations teams because it ensures nothing gets missed and every dollar is accounted for during the audit. Additionally, the workflow seems very logical—being able to quickly toggle filters in the "Search Reservations" screen makes it easy for front desk staff to find exactly what they need without navigating through too many complex menus.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The new update is looking perfect, and the functionality is working exactly as we hoped. The only remaining area that needs improvement is the Tape Chart view. Currently, the user has to scroll down significantly to see the entire inventory. Could we please adjust the layout or zoom level so that all rooms are visible on a single page without needing to scroll? This would make the overview much clearer and more efficient to use.
