What do you like most?
Support is responsive and helpful. Clint, our client manager, has been amazing with all questions and requests. Ease of use is great for new users.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting is limited. Would enjoy being able to (Without having to use the "schedule" function) run certain reports as of certain dates or run reports in either CSV or PDF instead of being limited to one option. For example; I can run a guest balance report for right now but can't run a guest balance report as of 10/1 without using the (unfortunately clunky) schedule reports function. Additionally, if I run a "Financial Transactions - Revenue" report, it automatically runs as PDF. Being able to select the output format (again, without using the scheduling function) would allow for way better reporting capabilities.
