What do you like most?
What I like most about Event Temple is the ability to automate workflows and keep follow-up organised. Managing enquiries, options, contracts and payments in one place helps reduce manual work and makes it easier for the team to stay on top of bookings. I also value the commercial reporting, which helps us understand where business comes from, what converts and where we lose opportunities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration with Opera could be improved. A more seamless connection, with reliable data synchronisation and less manual input, would save time and reduce the risk of discrepancies between the two systems.
