What do you like most?
Everything, system n service n support, even the sales team is wonderful. The ease of use for clients, owners and other staff members. The continuous updates.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Connection with Site Minder or other Channels and GDS CLIENTS. That would be the only hiccup but I heard it is on the pipeline with their many improvements.
