What do you like most?
We implemented Hoteza Guest App to enhance our digital guest experience — and it has truly delivered on multiple fronts. The app has been incredibly useful for our guests. It’s accessible directly via their smartphone browser with no download required, which means adoption is high and there’s no friction in usage. On the operations side, Hoteza has enabled us to increase revenue through additional service sales. By promoting upsells such as in-room dining, wellness bookings, room upgrades, and other extras directly through the app, we’ve seen a noticeable uplift in ancillary income. The platform’s seamless integration with our systems allows guests to make payments and reservations without extra work for our team. The overall digital journey feels cohesive and modern, which fits both guest expectations and our brand goals. In short, Hoteza has helped us boost guest engagement, streamline operations, and generate additional revenue — making it a standout solution in our hotel tech stack.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the platform is strong, more flexibility in customizing the guest interface and promotional content would be beneficial. Additional advanced reporting and analytics on guest behavior and conversion rates would also help hotels better optimize upselling strategies.
