What do you like most?
My manager who thankfully set up Sirvoy for us, retired and as the owner I am now running Cowrie Retreat. I am technically illiterate and am just learning the system and how it works. Whenever I have a query I click on chat which is answered almost immediately by very pleasant and patient staff. They are absolutely wonderful and walk me through each of the processes. I’m now at the stage of seeing what a simple, secure programme this is and am thrilled to use them knowing my guests will be protected.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can’t think of anything at all as though I’m a troglodyte even I am seeing what a simple, clear system they have created for both management and guests. I don’t know what implementing and onboarding means so I have not rated it.
