What do you like most?
We have been using Guestnet at the Prairerhof for many years and have always been very satisfied. I would particularly like to highlight the ease of use, the clear design, and the numerous options for providing our guests with all the important information digitally. Support was always quick to respond, competent, and extremely helpful. Even with individual questions or requests, a suitable solution was always found. It's clear that the team places great value on customer satisfaction and is continuously developing the software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Basically, from my perspective, there's very little room for improvement. The team is continuously developing Guestnet and responding to customer feedback. Just keep up the good work – I wish you continued success and am confident that you will constantly improve your solution.
