What do you like most?
The best thing about it is its ease of use. The interface is user-friendly, although the options aren't entirely clear. I like that the button to cancel your subscription is hidden and not easy to find.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Communication is terrible; there's a lack of it, staff layoffs, a lack of follow-up, and little interest in customers from Room Price Genie. When you sign up, communication and follow-up are excellent; however, the offers aren't applied. It took a couple of months for a response, and even then, the offer wasn't honored. They offered me another promotion to keep me as a customer, but by then the situation was already critical. They had lost credibility and my trust by that point. I had to write to a supervisor (in a different region) to get them to follow up on my case. Damage control is, to say the least, generic. They present themselves as a convenient option with personalized follow-up, which is false. It seems as if the company has staffing problems and serious internal communication issues.

We did try to make it right, but by then the damage was done, and we understand why that didn't rebuild your trust.
