What do you like most?
The Preno team are always willing, and more than able to help with any queries. They provide help when needed and do all they can to accommodate requests. Preno provides a simple solution to a difficult and complex job, by providing a system that is easy to navigate, set up and use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Increase integration with small OTA's and expand on integrated payment options. Slight changes to the software, however, when a change has been suggested and can be made they are more than willing to implement it to suit our business needs.
