What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The platform used to set up D3x could be improved in terms of user-friendliness. A more intuitive interface, clearer navigation, and a smoother setup process would make it easier for users to configure and manage the system efficiently. Also a mobile version of the chat, when human assistance is required, would be a nice feature.
