What do you like most?
Integration into PMS is fine, I guess. I like that it loads guests' names based on room numbers. Internal tickets work too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To be useful for text-messaging with guests, an audible alert in the browser platform for new messages is absolutely *REQUIRED*, but Alice still doesn't have this crucial feature despite asking for it for years. Most hotel staff are required to work in and monitor 6-12 other platforms and can't stare at Alice all day or even routinely refresh it to see if a new text message has come in. Actabl refusing to provide an audio alert to interrupt hotel employees while they're working leads to long delays in noticing guests' messages. It's unacceptable.
