What do you like most?
I liked their promises when being sold their products. The delivery wasn’t executed and expectations very far from met. Beyond terrible!!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have been with RoomRaccoon for over a year. The onboarding was good to start but then we weee somewhat abandoned. The ticketing system for assistance doesn’t work and you get generic information from bot like solutions to the many problems with this terrible system. Not connecting correctly to other platforms, a very clunky and problematic system underneath the seemingly clear back office programme. Trying to get problems resolved is impossible due to literally the worst customer care and support I have ever experienced. Avoid this terrible company if you value an easy life and want a system to aid you not work against you.
