What do you like most?
That they listen to feedback and add new features keeping up with industry changes. Also, the customer support is wonderful in that they immediately reply and follow up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The online astatic, especially when it comes to the add-on options. This has improved but still missing the "look". Would like to see more customized titles and subtitles for these add-on booking options since there are so many different uses for this feature. Often when we need something to work a certain way, they are not able to do it.
