What do you like most?
The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. When support is needed, the team is knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. They often go the extra mile by sharing helpful videos that demonstrate how an issue was resolved, making it easy to learn and navigate the platform with confidence.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting - the reporting is not as clean, or sophisticated as the product we used in the past (Delphi) I have shared this before with Val who has fantastic hotel intel and understand fully why the reporting for rooms, and catering is so important to us.
